The location was fantastic, just a short drive to Burr Pond State Park for scenic walks and the Hotchkiss-Fyler House Museum, perfect for soaking up local history. it made my city strolls memorable and easy to plan. a simple breakfast was offered but could definitely improve for a better start to the day.

However, the room was disappointing due to misleading photos and maintenance issues, including a heavy dehumidifier indicating moisture problems. Additionally, check-in also included unexpected charges, which was frustrating since this was not clearly stated beforehand.

i had a great time at americas best! the location was perfect, right next to a plaza and some shops. the room was comfortable with new sheets, and the staff was friendly. a girl who just started made my stay even better with her helpful attitude.

This place was just a good pick for a break on a long journey in Torrington with excellent value for money. The room definitely felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages as there were visible stains on the towels. Best to bring your own supplies to make your stay more comfortable.
